The Role
Ready to take your career to an island paradise? The successful candidate will drive revenue by building robust relationships with corporate, leisure, and private event clients, create and deliver engaging event packages, and oversee the end-to-end event process.
- Drive revenue by building strong relationships with corporate, leisure, and private event clients.
- Create and deliver engaging event packages that showcase the best of Rottnest Island.
- Oversee the end-to-end event process; from enquiry and sales through to execution and feedback.
- Collaborate with the General Manager, Marketing, Food & Beverage, and Reservations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Represent Discovery Resorts at trade shows, networking events, and industry showcases.
- Manage budgets, P&Ls;, and reporting to ensure profitable outcomes.
About You
Proven experience in event sales, hospitality, or conferencing with strong business development skills. A confident communicator and networker with a track record of achieving sales targets.
