You will be part of a dynamic team supporting the Outpatients service at a large and fast-paced hospital. This service provides critical administrative support to a wide range of outpatient specialties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Patient Arrival: Greet and process patients upon arrival, ensuring accurate check-in procedures.
* Appointment Booking: Schedule follow-up appointments in line with clinical instructions and availability.
* Clinic Preparation: Complete pre-clinic administrative tasks, such as managing patient files, updating records, and preparing documentation for clinicians.
* Multitasking: Work efficiently under pressure during busy clinic hours while maintaining a professional and compassionate demeanor.
