This senior engineering role leads the full lifecycle of the Republica E-Moto program, coordinating efforts globally.
A global leadership position blending high-level engineering leadership with hands-on mechanical design, testing, and execution.
* Oversee engineering execution for the Republica E-Moto platform
* Drive product technical roadmaps, design directions, and engineering decisions
* Manage design updates, component validation, and production readiness milestones
Key Responsibilities:
* CAD, Mechanical Design & System Integration: Design mechanical components, chassis structures, enclosures, and assemblies; create and refine 3D CAD models and technical drawings in SolidWorks and Fusion 360;
* Testing, Validation & Quality Engineering: Plan and execute performance, durability, and safety tests; analyze test data to identify engineering improvements;
* Technical Support, Service Engineering & Documentation: Provide advanced diagnostics and warranty technical support; develop and refine SOPs, service manuals, assembly guides, and internal workflows;
Requirements:
* 3+ years in mechanical engineering, product development, or vehicle engineering;
* Strong proficiency in SolidWorks (primary) and Fusion 360;
* Experience designing for CNC machining, casting, welding, and injection molding;
Preferred Qualifications:
* Background in e-bikes, electric motorcycles, motorsports, or power sports;
* Experience collaborating with overseas manufacturers (China, Taiwan, APAC);
* Testing, validation, or quality engineering experience;
