This Role is For You If You’re Ready To:
- Work closely with high-achieving agents on campaigns from listing to sale
- Be involved in marketing, and client communications
- Assist at inspections
- Coordinate photography, video, digital marketing, and supplier management
- Keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, from contracts and admin to CRM updates
- Take ownership of your development and thrive in a driven, supportive environment
Qualifications
- A hunter that gets a buzz off getting a deal over the line
- Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented and calm under pressure
- Naturally confident with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy and able to manage digital systems, calendars, and workflows
- Curious, coachable and passionate about real estate and personal growth
- Professional in appearance and presentation
- Either have your Agent’s Representative Certificate (or are currently studying to obtain it)
