Renewable Energy Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Renewable Energy Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the development, construction, and operation of utility scale electricity assets.
About the Role
* Maximise value, reduce risk, and create opportunities for renewable energy assets.
* Interface with external parties, including operations and maintenance contractors, transmission network service providers, Australian Energy Market Operator, EPC contractors, OEMs, etc.
* Collaborate across functions to improve financial, commercial, environmental, health, safety, quality, regulatory, cyber, and security performance of company assets.
* Support the initiation, planning, and advocacy for technical, engineering, and operational solutions to reduce investment risk and maximise returns on investment.
Key Responsibilities
1. To interface effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution.
2. To assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of projects.
3. To ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
4. To support the development of renewable-based engineering standards, procedures, calculations, drawings, reports, etc.
Requirements
* A Bachelor's degree qualified in Engineering (Electrical, Renewable Energy, or related field).
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a technical role related to the operation of utility scale electricity assets.
* Hands-on solar farm experience.
* Experience in supporting the development, construction, commissioning, and operation of utility scale electricity assets in Australia.
