Opportunity: Full Time Dispense Technician
Hours: 38 hours per week
Roster: Monday to Friday
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting dispensary operations and prescription preparation
* Delivering excellent customer service and handling patient enquiries
* Labelling, packing, and organising medications accurately
* Maintaining pharmacy cleanliness, displays, and workflow
* Assisting with administrative tasks and record-keeping
* Participating in team training and development activities
* Supporting the pharmacist to ensure safe and efficient service delivery
* Ensure timely, safe, and friendly delivery of medications to patients in the community and aged care
Skills and Qualifications:
* Prior experience in high-volume prescription dispensing using FRED.
* Ideally hold a Certificate IV in Community Pharmacy with dispensary experience
* Thorough understanding of S2, S3, and S4 medications
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Strong communication and customer service abilities
* Highly organized and methodical approach to tasks
