What You'll Do
* Complete an accelerated traineeship program with on‑the‑job and classroom training.
* Learn to operate locomotives safely and efficiently.
* Progress through a structured three‑stage program to become a Qualified Driver.
* Gain TLI42622 Certificate IV in Train Driving upon successful completion.
What You'll Bring
* Ability to work rotating 24/7 shifts (including nights and weekends).
* Flexibility to work away from home when required.
* Basic computer skills and strong communication.
* Current C Class Driver's Licence.
* School Certificate or equivalent.
* (No rail experience required – full training provided)
