Rodeb Co. Pty Ltd trades as Panther Protective Coatings. We are an expert floor coatings company specialising in polyurethane and epoxy flooring with over 20 years of experience in the commercial, industrial and mining industries.
Our business in based in the northern suburbs of Perth, WA, servicing clients from Esperance to the Pilbara.
We are looking for a Supervisor who has experience on construction sites, in particular to laying epoxy floors.
Work experience with epoxy for at least **3 years, is a must.**
The successful applicant will be energetic, self-driven and hard-working, and **experienced in supervising teams of applicators.**
**Main responsibilities and duties**:
- Concrete preparation, including grinding, sanding, scarification
- Concrete patching and repairs
- Resin coating of concrete
- Decorative finishes - preferred but not essential
- Screeding
- Demarcation
- Surface preparation - Concrete floor grinding, pressure cleaning, floor levelling, remedial floor repairs.
- Floor Coatings
- Concrete floor sealing, epoxy flooring, concrete floor resurfacing, commercial kitchen flooring, concrete floor coating (Commercial only).
- Floor Safety
- Non-slip floor coatings, Safety flooring.
- Waterproofing - Sheet and Roll-on Membrane
**Must be available for varying hours including nights and weekends and stints at the mines.**
