Trade Sales Manager to develop new opportunities within the existing and potential trade market. This full-time role is based in Ballarat and reports directly to the Sales Manager.
What you'll do:
Develop and execute strategies to grow sales and improve market strength.
Provide clear, time-framed action plans to achieve sales and gross profit budgets.
Build strong relationships and loyalty with trade customers and suppliers.
Manage quotations and sales orders to ensure timely reporting for both management and customers.
Ensure the highest standard of customer service is provided at all times.
Address customer complaints professionally and promptly.
