The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to help Novon scale its workforce and support growing client demand. This is a hands‐on leadership role responsible for driving recruitment delivery, building high‐quality talent pipelines and leading a small onshore and offshore talent team. You will work closely with business leaders to ensure Novon continues to attract exceptional talent across our consulting and technology capability areas.

You will play a critical role in shaping how Novon hires, engages and retains talent in a highly competitive market. Beyond managing recruitment activity, you will partner with leaders to forecast hiring needs, provide market insights and create proactive sourcing strategies that support the long‐term growth of the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing delivery and leadership in talent acquisition while building scalable recruitment practices in a fast‐growing consultancy environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across technical, consulting and corporate capability areas
• Manage, mentor and develop a small onshore and offshore talent acquisition team
• Create proactive sourcing strategies and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Build and nurture long‐term relationships with high‐quality candidates and talent communities
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders on workforce planning and hiring priorities
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking and recruitment strategy recommendations
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Contribute to Novon's employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, reporting and hiring outcomes

As Talent Acquisition Lead you will oversee the day‐to‐day performance and collaboration of both onshore and offshore recruitment resources, ensuring alignment, accountability and delivery excellence across the function. You will create a high‐performing and connected team environment, balancing operational recruitment delivery with longer‐term talent strategy. This includes coaching team members, improving recruitment capability, refining processes and ensuring consistent engagement with candidates and stakeholders across all stages of the hiring lifecycle.

Your leadership will help establish scalable recruitment practices that support Novon's continued growth while maintaining a strong people‐first culture.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience managing end‐to‐end recruitment in agency or internal talent acquisition environments
• Previous experience leading or mentoring recruitment teams, hybrid on and off shore resources
• Strong sourcing and pipelining capability, ideally within technology or consulting environments
• Experience building talent pools and maintaining long‐term candidate engagement
• Ability to provide recruitment market insights and strategic hiring recommendations
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‐building skills
• Excellent communication and candidate engagement capability
• Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, evolving business environment
• Experience recruiting across data, engineering or technology consulting roles will be highly regarded
