Mansutti Bros is a leading provider of powder coating services, specialising in delivering high-quality finishes for a wide range of products. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Powder Coating Factory Labourer.
Job Overview
As a Powder Coating Factory Labourer, you will play a crucial role in our powder coating operations by efficiently unloading and loading materials onto our coating lines, handling incoming and outgoing goods, and assisting with logistics where required. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely and efficiently unload materials from the automatic line to be packed.
* Prepare materials for coating by cleaning and prepping surfaces as needed.
* Load materials onto coating lines according to production schedules and specifications.
* Operate a forklift (where licensed) to load, unload, and move materials within the factory.
* Monitor coating processes to ensure materials are coated evenly and according to quality standards.
* Assist with receiving, checking, and organising incoming goods.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
* Forklift licence (LF)
* Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
Schedule
Afternoon shift:
* Monday through Thursday 3.30pm-12.00am
* Friday 1.00pm-7.00pm
