Recruitment Campaign Consultants within the Naval Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group are responsible for actively managing day-to-day tasks to support the attraction and recruitment of the Australian Public Service workforce.
Our recruitment consultants will liaise directly with our capability workforce managers across the country to support occupation-based recruitment campaigns.
You will assist in the successful recruitment and onboarding of staff to fill critical roles in vessel acquisition and sustainment, including but not limited to naval architects, engineers, technicians, logisticians and project/program managers to be assigned throughout Australia.
As an APS5 Recruitment Campaign Consultant you will be a key member of a small team dedicated to providing exceptional high stands of support and customer service.

The Workforce Branch is responsible for providing workforce planning services and APS recruitment services throughout the group.
The Workforce Branch also supports the continued professional development of its staff, and you can expect to enhance your skills through additional formal training.
