Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage the inbox and respond to employee queries in a timely manner
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
* Prepare contracts for new starters, transfers and promotions
* Support the onboarding process for new hires
* Assist with visa checks
Your Qualifications
* Previous experience in administration or a related field
* 1-2 years of administration experience
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
