Job Title: Health, Safety and Wellbeing Coordinator
This role plays a vital part in the implementation and improvement of health, safety and wellbeing systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily HSW activities, managing system administration, and supporting reporting and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer and coordinate HSW systems and reporting tools to ensure seamless operations.
* Support documentation and self-insurance requirements to maintain compliance.
* Maintain accurate records of legal and risk registers, contractor and chemical registers.
* Coordinate audits, inspections, and training schedules to prevent risks.
* Assist with health and wellbeing initiatives to improve overall performance.
* Provide administrative support for meetings and governance activities.
* Process HSW-related invoices and manage data entry efficiently.
* Support social compliance activities including SMETA administration.
Requirements:
* Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Smartsheet).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing needs.
