The Opportunity
PWR is growing at a rapid pace and we're expanding our team We're looking for highly experienced, 3 and 5 AXIS Machinists (or for manufacturing of CNC machined parts, ideally to work afternoon shifts (Monday-Thursday, 2pm-Midnight) - overtime rates will apply.
Your Skills and Experience
* Experience using Mazak Variaxis and HAAS CNC Milling Machines would be highly regarded, alternatively, ideally you will have strong experience using similar machining cells.
* Good understanding of tooling selection and procedures.
* Verification and accuracy of component, recording results, reporting any issues.
* Assist and support colleagues in other production specific tasks when help is needed.
* Time served machinist or equivalent recognised apprenticeship/ experience.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, customer specifications and condition of supply.
* High level of detail orientation.
* Lathe and Integrex experience is highly desired.
