The Role:

* Developing and motivating a team of Store Consultants, setting clear goals, and providing ongoing support and feedback to ensure team performance meets or exceeds targets.
* Maintaining excellent customer service standards consistently delivered.
* Overseeing operational efficiency and actively managing centre operations, including presentation, maintenance, administration duties, security, access control, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
* Reporting on the centre's financial performance to the Operations Manager on a weekly and monthly basis.
* Fostering a positive and inclusive team culture that aligns with our values and promotes teamwork, care, and excellence.
