About our role:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their systems career to gain hands-on experience in ERP support, administration and improvement. Working under the guidance of the Manager – Systems & Innovation, you will provide day-to-day support for Pronto users, assist with system configuration, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

ERP Support
- Provide first-line support for Pronto ERP users, troubleshooting issues and escalating where necessary.
- Assist with user account management, security permissions, and system monitoring.
- Support testing and implementation of system updates, patches, and improvements.
- Develop knowledge of ERP functions and inter-connections.
ERP Training & Documentation
- Maintain accurate system documentation and contribute to process standardisation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure Pronto supports operational needs.
- User training and support: Providing training and ongoing support to users to maximize the effectiveness of Pronto.
- Develop and maintain documentation for UAT, lesson’s learned, meeting minutes.
ERP Improvement
- Work with the improvement team to implement ERP configuration changes, or new capabilities.
- Provide input into ERP improvement projects on Pronto Xi capabilities.
- Assist with system integrations from and to Pronto Xi.
What You'll Bring:
- Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Information Technology) or experience equivalent.
- Experience with administration of ERPs
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users.
- A willingness to learn new skills.
- Experience with Pronto Xi, particularly system administration, security or configuration/customisation (v7.60). (desirable)
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk).(desirable)
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Suite).(desirable)
- Experience in the mining, civil construction or adjacent industries.(desirable)
