With a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from residential to commercial developments, this second tier construction company continues to set benchmarks in the industry.Your new roleYour new role as a Project Administrator will place you at the heart of a dynamic construction company located in the northern suburbs of Adelaide. You will be an integral part of a robust team, responsible for a variety of duties including but not limited to:Collaborating with the senior project manager to ensure project goals are metUpholding and monitoring quality standards throughout the project lifecycleLocating, reviewing, and Organising project documentationPreparing and processing purchase orders for the superintendent, including those through VariconManaging and updating project schedules to ensure timely completionHandling email correspondence related to plant equipment and resource changesConducting and managing phone communicationsAssisting with plant Mobilisation through Varicon, including data entry and system learningAllocating tasks and appointments in the project diaryPerforming personal assistant functions as neededEnsuring delivery documents are properly uploaded and filedRecording and tracking action items during operations meetingsSubmitting extensions of time (EOT) for projects, if requiredFiling and tracking truck formsVerifying timesheets in Varicon for accurate hoursAssisting project managers with letter drops and other communicationsSupporting project start-up meetings by taking and distributing meeting minutesAssisting with payroll tasks using AccountRight, as neededWhat you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to convey information clearly and effectivelyStrong listening skills with keen attention to detailHighly organised with the ability to meet deadlinesEfficient in time management and prioritisationCapable of handling multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)What you'll get in returnIn return for your hard work and dedication, you will enjoy:Fostering a collaborative and supportive team cultureProviding opportunities to apply and enhance existing skillsPromoting ongoing professional development and training opportunitiesOffering a dynamic and engaging work environmentWhat you need to do nowTanya Murray is currently recruiting this exciting permanent opportunity so if this sounds like the role you have been looking for and hold all the above requirements, apply ASAP via the link.
