Franks Fencing is a dynamic, family-owned business that has tripled in size and revenue over the last three years. As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team on a part time basis (3 days per week). This role is perfect for a semi-retired or retired professional with a background in mining or construction who wants to stay engaged in a pivotal, flexible position.
The Role
As our Project Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our project and fleet administration, ensuring smooth operations and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Support: Producing and managing project documentation, reconciling records, and flagging critical items for the Project Manager.
- Fleet Management: Maintaining registers for plant equipment, repairs, and maintenance, while liaising with the Operations Manager.
- Onboarding: Administering induction and onboarding processes for workers, ensuring compliance with site requirements.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience in mining or construction administration/coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and familiarity with construction terminology.
- Strong organisational skills with a knack for detail and follow‐up.
- Forklift ticket and MR licence (preferred but not essential).
- Availability for 3 days per week (flexible schedule possible).

Job Details
- Job Type: Part‐time
- Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
- Expected hours: 24 per week
- Schedule: 8 hour shift
- Experience: Mining or Construction – 10 years (preferred)
- Licence/Certification: MR Licence (preferred), Forklift Licence (preferred)
