As the company expands nationally, operational delivery increasingly relies on digital systems managing project data, system monitoring, operational reporting, and client visibility across multiple sites. Internal automation and software development capabilities are critical to maintaining operational efficiency and scalability. We are seeking a full-time in-house Developer Programmer to design, develop, and maintain internal software systems supporting telecommunications project operations and delivery activities. Key Responsibilities: - Designing, developing, and maintaining internal software applications supporting telecommunications operations and project delivery - Developing and optimising database systems used for project management and operational reporting - Integrating software applications with operational and client systems to ensure efficient data flow and system reliability - Improving and maintaining legacy systems to enhance stability and reduce maintenance costs - Analysing system performance and implementing improvements for scalability and efficiency. Collaborating with operational and engineering teams to design and implement technical software solutions Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience as a Developer Programmer or Software Developer Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C#, PHP, or JavaScript Experience in database development and system integration Ability to develop, maintain, and improve business software applications Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with operational and engineering teams Salary: From $76,515 to $ 80,000 per annum, plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
