A global leader in industrial technology is looking to add a Regional Sales Manager to their team to lead sales efforts across the Northeast U.S. region. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic account development with direct territory ownership and channel partner oversight.
What You'll Do
* Own and grow business within a defined territory of key industrial accounts
* Manage and support a network of Manufacturer Representatives
* Create and execute strategic sales plans to drive new business and upsell within existing accounts
* Support technical stakeholders and guide them through the full sales cycle
* Coordinate regularly with internal teams on forecasts, product feedback, and customer needs
* Meet or exceed assigned sales and margin targets
* Contribute insights to new product development based on market trends
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years of industrial B2B sales experience, ideally with capital equipment or engineered systems
* Strong technical aptitude — a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred
* Experience selling into manufacturing environments (material handling, process automation, bulk solids handling, weighing systems, etc.)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
* Comfortable with 50% travel across the territory
Bonus Experience
* Familiarity with Lean principles or continuous improvement methodologies
* Experience working with ERP systems
