Job Description
As the OSHC Lead Educator, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the strategic and operational management of our newest program.
You will drive quality, sustainability, and service delivery while supporting your team to ensure our practices facilitate a program consistent with the National Quality Standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated organizational skills to juggle competing priorities and manage timelines.
* Experience in people management, supervision, performance management, and administration.
* Strong interpersonal skills with sound ability to write professional work instructions.
* Strong understanding of OSHC operational requirements, including demonstration of applied knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
* Comprehensive knowledge of child development and quality care practices.
* Comprehensive knowledge of My Time, Our Place that is reflected and articulated in programming and reflection on outcomes.
* Demonstrated experience in developing quality within a service and shaping the overall performance, including high-quality learning and leisure experiences for children.
