About The Role
As a Supply Officer, you'll manage our imprest system, ensuring wards and departments have the essential stock they need—accurately, efficiently, and on time.
This hands‐on role involves working closely with internal teams, external suppliers, and various stakeholders.
In This Role, You Will
* Manage ordering, receipting, and stock distribution
* Maintain inventories and support unit managers with imprest levels
* Respond to supply‐related enquiries
* Uphold safety and quality standards
* Contribute to a positive, team‐focused workplace
About You
We look for proactive, reliable individuals passionate about great service. Ideal candidates will bring:
* Previous supply experience (healthcare background advantageous)
* Experience using computerised inventory systems (e.g., Technology One)
* Strong organisation, communication, and time‐management skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team
* A professional, customer‐focused approach
* A high level of physical capability for manual handling tasks
