Come join Human Resources Branch as an Assistant Advisor where you will assist in the provision of high level and strategic industrial relations and consultancy services and provide support to colleagues and clients across a broad stakeholder group. Research, provision of advice consistent with the experience of the incumbent, support to other team members in the provision of industrial relations, human resource and advisory services and involvement in related projects are key features of this role. Your key responsibilities: Participate as a member of a high performance, collaborative team in the delivery of quality industrial relation and consultancy services. Provide support in the management of a range of allocated human resource and industrial relations matters, initiatives and projects including supporting enterprise bargaining negotiations and outcomes; dispute resolution; development of human resource policies and processes, and management of emergent issues. Assist in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholder groups, including Queensland Government departments, senior managers and unions.
