Lotterywest is looking for a Brand Manager to join the Marketing and Sales team on a full time permanent contract.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of brand storytelling, game development and campaign execution, driving player engagement and revenue growth across some of Lotterywest's biggest game portfolios.

You'll make a positive impact by:
* Developing and implementing annual brand plans and always-on campaign-based strategies aligned to the organisation's values and strategic plan
* Implementing high-impact marketing and product development initiatives, including project and budget management.
* Turning data into insights with sales analysis and reporting.
* Growing our player base through smart acquisition and retention strategies.
* Safeguarding the Lotterywest game brands through IP management.
* Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Leading and developing team members.
We are looking for:
* A strong marketer with proven experience in successfully executing brand and marketing campaigns across a range of traditional and digital communication channels (including TV).
* Someone who has developed brand plans and managed highly complex portfolios of work, including balancing competing projects, priorities and deadlines.
* Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of the measurement and interpretation of brand metrics.
* A strong communicator who can build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, utilising a strong suite of written and verbal modes of communication.
