. The Australian is seeking a commercially minded
Print & Digital Product Manager
to drive product strategy, innovation and revenue growth across our print and digital platforms.
Reporting to the Commercial General Manager of
The Australian & Prestige Titles
(including GQ, Vogue, Vogue Living and more), this role partners closely with frontline sales, editorial, tech and marketing to deliver high-impact commercial solutions. You will play a central role in shaping our product roadmap, supporting major client initiatives, and ensuring our advertising and brand experiences meet market needs.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth across print, digital and partnership channels.
Develop and deliver profitable product strategies that meet client and market needs.
Monitor revenue performance and identify opportunities to close gaps and diversify income streams.
Manage the daily flat plan and align with the High Impact Calendar.
Support delivery of gloss wraps and sponsored content papers.
Work with sales, editorial and tech teams to execute commercial and advertising solutions.
Ensure ad formats and product packages meet market demand; support new product development.
Support sales in matching clients to key commercial opportunities and major events.
Build strong relationships across sales, product, editorial and marketing.
Promote product knowledge and commercial best practice across the team.
Launch effective print and digital products.
Deliver audience and revenue growth.
Achieve strong ROI on partnerships and sponsorships.
Who are you?
Experienced in client acquisition, print and digital strategy, and building commercial product solutions.
Skilled in negotiation, relationship-building and revenue-driven decision making.
Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
An exceptional communicator and storyteller with strong strategic thinking.
Proactive, resilient and collaborative, with a results-focused mindset.
Deeply knowledgeable about media trends, audience behaviour and digital advertising.
