About the Role
The Buyer & Demand Planner plays a key role in ensuring Moco has the right products, in the right place, at the right time.
Responsible for forecasting demand, managing purchase orders, and maintaining data accuracy, this role transforms insights into action that drives product availability and operational efficiency.
Working closely with suppliers, category managers, and the wider procurement team, the Buyer & Demand Planner ensures consistent stock flow, minimises waste, and supports continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Skills, Experience & Attributes
Experience in demand planning, buying, or purchasing (ideally within the food industry).
Strong analytical and forecasting skills with an eye for accuracy.
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (NCR experience highly regarded).
Understanding of supply chain principles, lead times, and stock optimisation.
Positive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine passion for teamwork and improvement.
Work within Moco's brand new, state-of-the-art facility in Wacol, with plenty of on-site parking available.
