Client Support Administrator
This is a fast-paced, varied role where your organisational superpowers and people skills will shine. As a Client Support Administrator (CSA), you'll be the driving force in the team – managing workflow, supporting clients and ensuring smooth, timely delivery of our services.
You'll support our accounting team and work directly with clients, ensuring communication is seamless, jobs are tracked and delivered on time and every detail is handled with care.

Responsibilities
* Manage tax job workflows from start to finish – scheduling and allocating work, following up with clients where needed and tracking progress
* Send tailored client checklists and follow up
* Follow up outstanding information and documentation from clients to ensure deadlines are met
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure a high level of service
* Manage the Partner's calendar for client meetings and internal check-ins
* Prepare agendas and supporting documents for tax and planning meetings
* Monitor ATO correspondence and escalate items as needed
* Draft client bills and assist with monthly WIP reporting
* Compile and lodge tax returns and superannuation documents
* Lodge tax returns and manage the lodgement program for a dedicated client base
Requirements
Previous administration/client support experience, ideally in accounting or professional services
Outstanding organisational and time management skills – you love ticking things off the to-do list
Clear, confident communication – both written and spoken
Tech-savviness with a willingness to learn new technology systems
A can-do, client-focused attitude and a natural drive to provide excellent service
