Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Customer Service Manager located in Kempsey, NSW. The Customer Service Manager will lead and motivate the customer service team to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing daily customer interactions, managing customer support strategies, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, monitoring service quality, and implementing improvements. The role also involves analysing customer feedback and data to enhance the overall customer experience while ensuring team performance and operational efficiency.

* Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support
* Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
* Analytical skills to assess customer feedback, identify trends, and implement improvements
* Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team effectively
* Relevant experience in retail, customer service, or management is a plus
