The Opportunity 
Role: Senior Field Sales Manager for Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia, leading the field team, managing state-based relationships with independent national banner accounts, negotiating terms with trading partners, and driving regional growth. 
Your responsibilities will include: 
- Leading, supporting & coaching the field team to ensure individual territories are managed effectively, and both individual KPI's and overall state targets are achieved 
- Managing the state-based relationships of all independent national banner accounts 
- Supporting the team to negotiate trading terms & business agreements with key trading partners across the region 
- Developing strong precinct plans by territory 
- Managing state P&L; and A&P; and T&E; budgets 
- Monthly reporting on sales performance (volume & revenue) 
- Monthly forecasting accuracy 
- Identifying new opportunities for distribution and ranging 
- Embedding the use of CRM tools and other systems

- Exceptional capability building skills with a love of being in field 
- Excellent communication skills with strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills 
- Solid commercial & financial acumen and proven experience in exceeding targets 
- Result-orientated and solutions focused with a customer obsessed mindset 
- Highly adaptable in fast paced environments 
- Intermediate MS office skills and experience using a CRM system 
- Experience within the liquor or beverage industry (preferred)
