National Payroll Manager An exciting time for a National Payroll Manager to join an organisation in Altona. Leading a team of 3 Payroll Officers, this role would be suitable for someone who comes from a complex Payroll environment, be it multi-site, or high levels of EBA's and leading a similar sized team. There are plenty of projects to lead and be involved in, and an opportunity to take ownership of the Payroll department. The role: Leading a team of 3 Payroll Officers Oversee and own the Payroll function Complex payroll environment, with several payrolls per month Projects in time and attendance and system advancements with upcoming EBA negotiations High levels of EBA and Awards - ensuing compliance at all times.
