Job Title: Participant Support Officer
This is a key role within the Disability Sector based in Joondalup, responsible for delivering procedural, administrative support and operational tasks. The position also involves public contact duties, requiring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be accountable for managing work flow, setting priorities and producing high-quality work subject to regular review by senior positions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing counter/reception support, handling participant enquiries and responding to their needs.
* Managing team shared email inbox, appointments and telephone enquiries, ensuring seamless communication.
* Coordinating appointments, utilizing Agency office facilities, and guaranteeing accessibility for participants.
* Undertaking research and investigation activities, preparing reports and correspondence, and contributing to knowledge development.
* Supporting planning teams by executing delegated tasks, enhancing overall efficiency.
* Completing data entry activities, ensuring accurate records, and facilitating follow-up procedures.
Requirements:
* 12 month initial contracts, allowing for flexibility and growth.
