Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level professional to oversee a team of 50 allied health staff members servicing Acute, Rehab, and Outpatient wards in a permanent full-time position.


Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with office administrative activities
* Answer and direct phone calls
* Organize and file documents
* Provide support on projects and general tasks


Requirements:

* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Organization and attention to detail
* Willingness to learn and grow
* Basic computer skills are desirable
