Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated ICT Business Analyst to join our growing team in Tamworth. The ICT Business Analyst will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that technology solutions effectively support organisational objectives and client needs. Salary: $96,000 Super Location: Tamworth- must be able to work on site from Tamworth. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying system improvements, and delivering high-quality ICT solutions that enhance operational efficiency and innovation. Key Responsibilities Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements. Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments. Develop functional and technical specifications for ICT solutions. Create process models, workflow diagrams, and system documentation. Collaborate with developers, system architects, and project managers throughout project lifecycles. Support system testing (UAT), implementation, and deployment activities. Ensure solutions comply with organisational policies and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and digital transformation. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder presentations. Assist with change management, training materials, and post-implementation support. Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business InformationSystems, or related field. Minimum 5 years' experience as an ICT Business Analyst or similar role. Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid). Experience with requirements gathering tools and documentation techniques. Proficiency in process modelling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Desirable Skills Experience in software development environments. Knowledge of database concepts and system integration. Understanding of cloud-based solutions and enterprise systems. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, ECBA, PRINCE2, Agile certifications).
