About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join us on an ongoing, ad‐hoc contract basis. You will work remotely from anywhere in Australia, producing high‐quality design packs for real‐estate signage and interior environments. This is a project‐based engagement with continued work available for the right candidate.
* You MUST be living in Australia with Full Working Rights
What You'll Be Doing
Working closely with the team, you will receive detailed briefings and a comprehensive suite of reference materials—including current office photography, floor plans with key measurements, example design packs, and a design and details pack—to produce polished, professional 3D visualisation packs. You will apply a strong understanding of design fundamentals for signage and interiors to bring each space to life accurately and compellingly.
What We're Looking For
* Demonstrably strong 3D modelling and visualisation skills, with a portfolio to match
* Experience in interior and/or signage design environments
* The ability to interpret floor plans, photography, and design briefs accurately
* A high level of attention to detail and spatial awareness
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
* Reliability and responsiveness in an ad‐hoc, project‐based workflow
