It's an exciting time for us here at Belmont 16s Sailing Club. Our $23 million renovations are complete, and we are now one of the largest and leading food and entertainment venues in the Hunter and Newcastle area.
Our food outlets range from burgers, cook-to-order, elevated dining to large functions seating up to 600 people and soon, we will have a seasonal contemporary style restaurant bespoke to the area. It's an exciting, fast-paced environment perfect for developing and challenging your skillset.
About the Role
This position oversees and is responsible for the workings of any one of the outlets within Belmont 16s and is a leader, Demi Chefs, Cooks, Apprentices/Trainee, and Kitchen Hands.
Supported by, and working closely with the Junior Sous/Sous and Executive Sous, the Chef-de-Partie is accountable for maintaining a high quality of product and level of service, in alignment with food and wage costs for any designated outlet.

Previous experience working in a similar role
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
