Role Overview
We are seeking registered nurses and clinical nurses to join our dynamic team. As a HITH nurse, you will provide one-to-one care to patients in their homes, working autonomously with access to guidance and support throughout your working day.
This role offers flexible rostering, varied work environments, and attractive penalty rates for after-hours and weekends. You will be supported to use your excellent clinical assessment and communication skills to deliver high-quality patient care.
