Are you a proactive and organised professional who thrives in a dynamic environment? Hutchison Ports – Brisbane is seeking a part time Administrator Officer for up to 24 hours (3 days) per week to work with our engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support across engineering and assist the wider Hutchison Ports business as needed.
* Coordinate procurement processes including quotes, purchase orders, invoice processing, and account management.
* Liaise with the Accounts team on procurement-related matters.
* Act as the internal contact for EBIS system enquiries.
* Manage meeting room bookings, kitchen upkeep, and catering arrangements.
* Coordinate with service providers (cleaners, couriers, gardeners, etc.).
