Permanent Full Time Position

About the role

The Retirement Living Manager is responsible for the overall management, sales, and customer service of selected retirement villages. The role focuses on meeting organisational expectations under the Retirement Village Act, ensuring high client satisfaction, and promoting healthy aging to support resident independence

* Operational & Financial Management: Achieve financial targets, monitor budgets, and ensure legislative compliance.
* Sales & Marketing: Assist in marketing, coordinate open inspections, manage the admissions process, and ensure villas are refurbished as needed.
* Resident Services: Promote positive lifestyle experiences, organise activity programs in liaison with Resident Committees, manage complaints, and provide efficient, person-centered service.
* Maintenance & Administration: Schedule repairs, maintain accurate resident information, and prepare required reports.

* Skills: Strong customer service, sound work ethic, high-level communication, team orientation, and computer literacy (Google and in-house databases).
* Knowledge: Basic knowledge of the requirements of the Aged Care Standards.
