* Work with and support the Cost Management team to deliver cost management services to key clients.
* Pre contract cost planning services during all design stages of projects
* Post contract progress claim and variation assessments
* Engage with external stakeholders and manage expectations to deliver results, this can included both Contractor and Client side
* Assist with the commission management of our commissions to assist in the successful delivery of our services
* Review commercial documentation and provide recommendation on value for money and industry standard practices
* Integrate with full cost management and project management teams in WA and support when required
* Work independently and take responsibility for deliverables
* Line management and mentorship
Qualifications
* Minimum requirement is a Degree in Construction.
* Achievement of Chartered status with AIQS or RICS or equivalent recognized body is preferable.
* 5+ years cost management/estimating experience, preferably in a private practice or construction organization on retail roles.
* Business development experience, particularly in the context of identifying opportunities with existing clients.
