In this role, you will lead a talented team to deliver high-quality Biology, Chemistry, and Movement content to students and teachers across Australia. You will guide content creators and visual designers to produce engaging, accurate, and curriculum-aligned courses.
* Lead and support a team of content creators working on Biology and Chemistry courses.
* Giving regular feedback, running performance reviews, and helping your team grow.
* Hiring, onboarding, and training new team members. Building a positive, collaborative team culture.
* Making sure all content is clear, accurate, on-brand, and grounded in solid pedagogy.
* Reviewing work and providing clear, constructive feedback to keep quality high.
* Staying across curriculum updates, teaching best practices, and competitor resources.
* Shaping how courses are built—recommending lesson structures, content approaches, and improvements.
* Using project tools (like Google Sheets and JIRA) to plan, track, and manage team work and deadlines.
* Using data and feedback to improve course quality and user experience.
* Working with the Content Leadership team to improve processes and share learnings.
* Helping shape and deliver the subject content roadmap.
* Publishing Biology, Chemistry, and Movement courses to our platform with a high level of accuracy.
