In this fast-paced and collaborative role, you'll bring campaigns to life through personalised digital experiences across email, SMS and web. You'll be hands-on with customer segmentation, offer creation, journey mapping and campaign reporting using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and more.
This is a great opportunity for someone with exposure/experience with database management or someone who has studied or studying marketing.
What You'll Do
* Build and execute CRM campaigns that excite and reward our customers
* Create offers, journeys, and content across multiple digital channels
* Use data and insights to optimise customer experiences
* Collaborate with Marketing, Tech, Privacy and external partners
* Ensure compliance with data and privacy laws
* Report on campaign performance and recommend improvements
What You'll Bring
* Exposure to database management, CRM, digital marketing or tech-driven campaigns
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar)
* Skills in HTML, CSS, SQL or similar a bonus
* A keen eye for detail and strong Excel skills
* Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple projects
* Passion for customer-centric marketing
