**Your new role** 
To work under broad direction and; 
- Undertake minor, moderately complex and complex multidisciplinary design projects 
- Coordinate the design drafting components of an extensive program of projects, allocating projects, monitoring key project milestones and project deliverables 
- Engage and participate within project teams, taking responsibility for CADD supervisor, lead, coach, mentor facilitating the delivery of project milestones and deliverables 
- Coordinate the preparation of survey, and design data, including plans and associated material 
- Provide senior specialist technical advice articulating concepts in 'Plain English', ensuring consistency and clarity of advice 
- Provide design services that are cost effective, practical and meet client expectations 
- Adhere to project management methodology and consistently deliver drafting projects on time, within budget, to agreed quality and with high level of stakeholder satisfaction 
- Use relevant skill, judgement and experience and participate in the creation of the following project documents:
- planning reports, needs analyses report, option reports and feasibility studies 
- estimates of cost that meet client expectations 
- detail design plans 
- specifications documentation 
- sketch drawings
**What you'll need to succeed** 
- Develop related CADD software user manuals, develop training modules and facilitate training and one on one support for users to ensure effective use of software 
- Highly developed project management skills with the ability to develop, coordinate and manage a program of projects and resources. 
- Highly developed ability to use and to provide support, development and maintenance of business and technical software such as: 12d Model, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Revit, Auto Turn, PC Drain & CADD Support.
