Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Queue Facilitation Agent. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth facilitation of queues at Adelaide International Airport.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service to all passengers, responding promptly to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
* Carry out a range of customer-facing duties, including directing passengers to the correct queue and specific areas within the airport.
* Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OH & S) regulations and company policies, prioritizing the safety of passengers and employees.
* Report any incidents immediately and maintain awareness of obligations involved in reporting incidents.
* Work closely with airport and dnata team members to provide seamless passenger experience.
* Promote a positive company image through professional behavior and excellent service delivery.
