Although we are seeking a regular committment we are able to provide some flexibility in shift days and times. The ideal candidate would be accomodating and keen to work around business needs.
Your tasks will include taking orders and payments behind the bar, setting up chais for brewing, prepping and serving food/snacks, washing up, managing inventory and getting to know some amazing chai lovers You'll need to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly and have a warm demeanour and a knack for building exceptional customer relationships.
Previous customer service experience in a fast paced environment will be highly regarded but is not required for this role. Candidates outlook, reliability and committment are far more important to us than experience. Must attend mandatory training sessions and be available for any future training programmes whenever s heduled. Training in some cases is mandatory for continuing employment.
For a candidate with the right attitude and motivation there is room for growth and promotions within the role. We are always looking for reliable staff to take on more responsibility to support the growth of our business.
