**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Location: Sydney, Australia. Employment status: Full time.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Serve as a Peloton Product expert who will be responsible for reviewing and rolling out all training materials and tools to make the operation efficient and a world-class in-home experience
- Have a history of holding P&L responsibility, and be financially astute
- Be extremely agile, with problem solving and planning ability
- Support Operations and logistics market leads to provide relevant capacity forecasts to our internal and external partners
- Develop performance scorecards/SLAs and drive the performance management process
- Owns the day to day management of the Peloton 3PL partners
- Analyse key performance metrics to identify root cause performance issues and inspire change
- Inform delivery and service network development strategy, in partnership with Peloton business partners
- Organise and prepare WBR, MBR & QBR's with our internal and external teams.
- You are able to work cross functionally with other teams
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 5 + years of experience in operations, or other fast-paced fields (logistics experience)
- Passionate about creating a unique and exceptional customer experience
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data for reporting against KPI's as well as to drive insights and make data driven decisions
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to work cross-functionally with all levels and teams at Peloton
- Ability to lead discussions and communicate effectively
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or comparable field; inclusive of 2+ years of experience in process development, documentation, and deployment
- Advanced in Excel, comfortable with large data sets
- Experience with supply chain systems (Salesforce, Netsuite)
- Experience in SQL, Tableau, and Looker is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to prioritize and juggle multiple projects to meet deadlines
- Thrives in a fast-paced, self-starter dynamic environment
**SALARY RANGE**
$75,000 - $85,000 per year + Superannuation
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
