Deepend are a leading digital agency specializing in customer-led technology, delivering innovative digital solutions for high-profile clients. We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Digital Producer to join our team, focusing on support and optimisation retainers for key accounts, including clients in the financial services sector.
The Role
As a Mid-Level Digital Producer, you will manage the ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of client digital assets, ensuring seamless functionality, security, and user satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service, aligning with client objectives and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day management of client retainers, ensuring smooth management of resourcing, work definition, scheduling, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
* Coordinate website and maintenance, including bug fixes, security patches, content updates, and optimisations.
* Liaise with clients to understand requirements, manage expectations, and report on outcomes.
* Collaborate with our internal team of developers & designers to execute work.
Requirements
* 2-3 years of experience in digital project management or production within an agency environment.
* Experience managing website maintenance or web site build projects.
* Experience with agile methodologies and project management using Jira.
* Experience working with CMS platforms
* General understanding of web development processes
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Renumeration
