Job Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Support Practitioner to provide tailored support to families in Bundaberg.
In this role, you will work closely with children and their families to deliver intensive family support that addresses their unique needs and circumstances.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide home-based support to families, including parenting strategies and practical life skills coaching
* Work collaboratively with government and community stakeholders to deliver wrap-around support
* Support families to access community resources, education, and employment pathways
* Conduct regular home visits and engage in early intervention strategies to improve safety and wellbeing outcomes
Requirements:
* A relevant Bachelor's Degree or higher
* Experience working with young people and children
* A valid Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle
* A Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check
