Adventist Senior Living, based in Alstonville is seeking a Care Partner to work in our Home Care department. The role is part time and manages a client base around the Alstonville, Ballina and Lismore areas.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Certificate 3 in Individual Support, essential, or Certificate 4 in Aging Support, desirableExperience in leading direct care staffDemonstrated experience in conducting assessments, clinical and client reviewsKnowledge of the Commonwealth Home Support program and Support at Home programsCase Management Certificate or willingness to gain Certificate or relevant experience in a Care Management roleIntermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and basic budget and database tools in finance, maintenance, clinical care and governance.Demonstrated skills and experience in:Leading and supervisingWriting and reportingPresenting and communicating informationDelivering results and meeting customer expectationsPlanning & organisingDemonstrated commitment to a positive organisational culture and ASL's signature behaviours of commitment, future, mission, respect and honesty.Current driver's license NDIS Workers ClearanceFirst aid certificate
