CQUniversity invites a bold and visionary leader to join the People and Culture Directorate as Executive Director, Social Impact. This role presents a unique chance to drive community-led change and create better futures for children and families in the Capricornia Region.
About the Role
You will lead a dedicated team and regional leadership group, championing the voices of local communities across the Rockhampton Regional and Livingstone Shire Councils. Your expertise will be essential in shifting entrenched systems, influencing regional and national conversations, and supporting communities to design and deliver meaningful, place-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Guide a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment
* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve collective impact
* Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-sector partners to drive social change
Requirements
* Minimum 5-10 years of relevant work experience
* Completion of a degree or qualification in Management, or similar
* Strong facilitation and presentation skills
* Advanced strategy and planning skills
